Our services

  • Criminal Law

Criminal law encompasses a wide range of offences including drugs, public nuisance, violence and dishonesty charges. Danielle will take the time to understand what your priorities are and work with you to explain how best to proceed. She will make the complex process simple and provide a service which will be tailored to your specific needs.

  • Traffic Law

When charged with a traffic offence, it's important to know what your rights are because there can be serious consequences. Whether you are charged with careless driving causing injury, failing to stop or driving with sustained loss of traction penalties can include demerit points, fines, disqualification, car confiscation and in some cases imprisonment.

  • Drink Driving

Did you know that the Police are required to follow certain procedures when they conduct breath and blood alcohol tests? Mistakes made by the police may provide you with a defence so before you make any decisions seek guidance from Danielle. She will undertake a detailed examination of your case to help you achieve the best possible outcome.

  • Limited Licences

Many people are reliant on having a full driver licence to carry out their job. If you have been disqualified from driving by the Court or received 100 demerit points within a two-year period, then you may be eligible to apply for a limited licence. Contact Danielle now to find out how soon she can help you to get back behind the wheel again and get your life back on track!

“I have engaged Danielle several times for my legal requirements and have been most impressed. Not only with the winning outcomes, but the professional way she has guided me in order to reach our goals. I was able to offload what could have potentially been a legal nightmare onto Danielle. She dealt with everything so that I had no stress. The results have been better than good. I could go on and on but in summary, Danielle is funny, confident and powerful in the court room.”
